The North East Pa Land Bank is issuing a Request for Proposals for firms or private developers to renovate a single-family home at 135 Broad Street in Pittston, PA. The NEPA Land bank has issued a set of requirements and an application developers must complete if interested in proposing on the project. The North East Pa Land Bank is interested in offerors with established experience and those who can bring the property up to proper code standards within a 12 month timeframe. Interested offerors can contact Shannon Bonacci at sbonacci@pittstoncity.gov to obtain the Request for Proposals. Proposals are due March 31, 2026 in sealed envelopes to the NEPA Land Bank Office at 35 Broad St Pittston PA 18640 by 1PM.
