Building Pathways to Homeownership in Pittston

The Northeast PA Land Bank & Pittston Housing Authority were selected as one of 14 agencies countrywide to join a cohort focused on leveraging land banks to assist low-income renters to become homeowners. The Pittston Housing Authority will learn from other agencies who have deployed successful tactics in empowering public housing tenants and working towards economic independence.
