NEPA Land Bank Authority Receives $10,000 Mini Grant for Redevelopment of Blighted Property

[Pittston, PA, March 4] – The North East Pennsylvania Land Bank Authority was awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000 from the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania’s Lank Bank Mini Grant Program, which is funded by Truist Bank.


This funding will be used for pre-development expenses and will support the redevelopment of blighted and abandoned property for affordable housing.


The North East Pennsylvania Land Bank is a public agency that consists of five municipalities including Pittston City, Avoca Borough, Duryea Borough, Jenkins Township and West Pittston Borough. For more information, please visit www.nepalandbank.com.
